The heuristic evaluation of Millstone Bakery's website found several usability issues, including a lack of flexibility and usability, poor user control and freedom, and limited recognition and recall. There was also a lack of help and documentation and inconsistency in the design. However, the page layout was aesthetically pleasing. The evaluation suggested improvements to enhance the user experience and make the site more user-friendly.

After conducting surveys and interviewing users, we found out their preferences and interests for the Millstone Bakery website design!

The results showed that customers valued a user-friendly and visually appealing website, as well as a simple and efficient online ordering process. Customers also expressed interest in features such as a loyalty program, personalized recommendations, and easy access to product information.

Card Sorting

Millstone Bakery used the survey findings to redesign its website and improve the online ordering process. To further optimize the website's navigation, a card sorting exercise was conducted to gather insights from customers on how to group pages and categories in a user-friendly way.

Competitor Analysis

The table summarizes the website design, online ordering system, loyalty program, and product information available on the websites of Millstone Bakery's competitors. The information can be used to identify areas of improvement for Millstone Bakery's website and online ordering system.

Site Map

Based on the survey results and card sorting exercise, Millstone Bakery has developed a site map for the redesign of its website.

The site map reflects the findings from the survey and card sorting exercise, prioritizing the user-friendly navigation and visual appeal of the website. By organizing the content into clear categories and making the online ordering process easy to use, Millstone Bakery hopes to enhance the customer experience and increase sales through its website.
